1. Exchange Policy
We do allow an exchange of ToolBox software products if the client within 30 days of the original sale desires to purchase a more comprehensive edition of the software. The only cost will be the actual difference between the price of the software the client owns and the more costly edition of the software plus any extra shipping and handling.


2. Refund Policy
Due to the nature of software and the extensive data already contained in the software that can be printed and used immediately, Church Growth Resources does not provide refunds on software.
